DRRAR Local Dues
VAR dues are prorated on a quarterly basis for new REALTORS® only. The new member fee is not subject to proration.
Members that have not been out for 1 year (inactive license to active license does not count) are not new and must pay full-year dues and a $75 late fee. All dues for returning members paid after January 31st must pay a $75 late fee.
The following shows the prorated dues amount for 2026:
January 1 – March 31 April 1 – June 30 July 1 – September 30 October 1 – December 31
