VAR dues are prorated on a quarterly basis for new REALTORS® only. The new member fee is not subject to proration.

NAR Dues Prorated

Dues for any REALTOR® member enrolled during the year will be prorated monthly. The prorated amounts for 2024 are as follows:

DRRAR Local Dues

VAR dues are prorated on a quarterly basis for new REALTORS® only. The new member fee is not subject to proration.

Members that have not been out for 1 year (inactive license to active license does not count) are not new and must pay full-year dues and a $50 late fee. All dues for returning members paid after January 31st must pay a $50 late fee.
